Each category is priced from the live catalog. Every order is made custom, so the number is a starting point rather than a checkout price.
Where custom orders actually fail
The part that goes wrong is almost never the printing.
It is the logo file nobody opened until production day, the frame that turned out to be a separate order, and the pallet that reached the wrong address on the morning of the event. Those are the three we design around.
- You approve the artwork itself, not a description of it
- A free digital proof on every order. Proof approval is required before production begins. Nothing prints until you confirm. Revisions are expected rather than billed.
- The box holds something finished
- A tent combo ships the frame and the printed top together. A backdrop combo ships its hardware. There is no second order to place before any of it is usable.
- It can land in more than one place
- We split-ship to multiple addresses, including chapter offices and regional event sites, at no additional handling fee.
