What is your minimum order quantity?

MOQs vary by product. Apparel starts at 24 units. Drinkware at 50. Bags at 100. Tents and table covers have no minimum. We will list the exact MOQ for any product on its quote.

How long until I get it?

Most retail orders arrive in about 15 days from art approval. Bulk orders depend on the product and the shipping method you choose. Production is about 7 days, then you pick express air, standard air, or sea freight. Rush options are available on most items.

Do you offer rush options?

Yes. Most items can be expedited for an additional fee. We quote rush pricing alongside standard pricing in your initial proposal so you can compare.

What if I do not have a logo file?

We offer free design assistance with every order. Our team will work with you to create a print ready file from a screenshot, sketch, or rough idea.

How do payments work?

We accept ACH, wire, credit card, and PayPal. Net 30 terms available for qualified buyers after a verified order history. No setup fees, no hidden costs.

Do you ship outside the US?
