Days 2-5

Every order includes a free digital proof. You review, request changes, and approve. Proof approval is required before production begins. Once approved, we collect a deposit and move to production.

Production

About 12 days

Your order goes into production with QC checks at every stage: color match against Pantone, stitch density on apparel, frame stress test on hardware. We send progress photos so you see exactly what is being built. Rush options available.

Shipping

3 to 5 days

Finished products are packed, inspected, and tracked end to end. We handle the freight and any cross-border logistics so you receive a single delivery to your door. Standard delivery is 14 to 20 business days from art approval.

Final

Your order arrives at your door, warehouse, or event venue. We coordinate last-mile delivery and confirm everything matches your approval.
