3. CUSTOM PRODUCTS & ORDERS
Most of our items are custom made based on the artwork or approvals you provide.
By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, reject, or cancel any order at our discretion. Payment must be processed before an order is accepted.
Because custom items are produced specifically for you, orders cannot be canceled once production begins.
Returns and refunds are handled exclusively under our Refund Policy.
You agree that the items you purchase are for personal, organizational, or business marketing use, not for unauthorized resale.
4. PRICING & PAYMENT
Prices may change without notice. The price you see at checkout is the price you will be charged, plus any applicable taxes, shipping, duties, or import fees.
You agree to provide accurate and current billing information. By submitting a payment method, you confirm that you are authorized to use it.
5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once we provide your package to the carrier, risk of loss transfers to you.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other factors outside our control.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Services, including text, images, logos, and designs, is owned by PromoMogul or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or distribute any materials without our written permission.
PromoMogul® names, logos, and branding are trademarks of PromoMogul.

We may provide access to third-party tools or link to third-party websites. We do not control these tools or sites and are not responsible for their content or functionality.
Use them at your own risk and review any third-party terms before using their services.
8. RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

PromoMogul is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services. However, all purchases are made directly with PromoMogul. Shopify is not responsible for transactions between you and PromoMogul. You release Shopify from any claims arising from your transactions with us.

Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Shopify may also collect and process information as described in its own privacy policy.
10. FEEDBACK & REVIEWS
If you submit any ideas, suggestions, reviews, or feedback (“Feedback”), you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it for any purpose. You agree that your Feedback will not violate any third-party rights or contain unlawful or harmful content.
