Shipping policy

PromoMogul manufactures and ships custom branded merchandise to organizations across the United States. Because every order is custom decorated, we publish the timeline once art is approved so you can plan around your event date.

Door to door timeline

14 to 20 business days from art approval to your door, US lower 48. This window includes production, QC, and air freight. Anchorage, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are available with extended freight; we confirm exact transit on your quote.

What the timeline covers

  • Production: 8 to 12 business days. Dye sublimation, screen print, embroidery, and digital print depending on the product.
  • Quality control: 1 day. Every order is checked against your approved digital proof before it leaves the factory.
  • Air freight: 3 to 5 business days, customs handled by us.

Rush options

Most products can be expedited inside the standard window for an additional fee. We quote rush pricing alongside standard pricing in your initial proposal so you can compare. Call (702) 690-9083 or email info@promomogul.com if you have a hard event deadline.

Sea freight option

For bulk orders that ship 4 or more weeks before the event date, sea freight is available at lower cost. We will price both options on the quote and you choose.

Tracking

You receive a tracking number when the order ships from production, and a second update when the order clears US customs. You can also email or call us for a status check at any point in the process.

Multiple ship-to locations

We split-ship to multiple addresses, including chapter offices and regional event sites, at no additional handling fee. Provide the ship-to list with your quote request.

Damages or shortages

If an order arrives damaged or short, email info@promomogul.com within 7 days of receipt with your order number and photos of the issue. We review every concern personally and respond within 24 hours on business days. See our Refund Policy for details on Print Match Promise reprints.
