2) Custom Products
Many items are produced to customer specifications (artwork, logo placement, sizing, materials, and other options). Unless required by law, custom products are not eligible for return or exchange except in the event of a confirmed defect or production error.
3) Artwork & Approvals
Customers are responsible for providing accurate artwork and instructions. If proofs are provided, the customer must review and approve them prior to production. Once approved, changes may not be possible and may require additional cost and time.
4) Production & Shipping
Production and shipping timelines vary by product, quantity, destination, and customization requirements. Any dates or estimates are provided for planning purposes and are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.
5) Order Issues
If you believe there is an issue with your order, contact us promptly with your order number and details so we can review. Resolution may include reprint, replacement, or other remedies depending on the issue and verification.
